Synopsis

Madonna leaves behind an emotionally destructive relationship and sets out on her own, refusing to be pulled back by her former lover. As she travels by train and later by plane, he attempts to follow her, but every departure places more distance between them. The video continues the story begun in "Take a Bow," shifting the focus from doomed romance to self-possession.
