A swaggering suburban poser cruises through the neighborhood in a lowrider, dressing and acting like a hip-hop star while trying to impress everyone around him. He works the car's hydraulics, interrupts a street dance and throws himself into increasingly ridiculous displays of confidence. The Offspring perform amid the action, framing the character's imitation of urban style as comic bravado rather than genuine cool. His fantasy collapses at a pool party, where the spectacle ends with an embarrassing dunk and even his family refusing to indulge him.
