Synopsis

Michael Buble shops in a Vancouver supermarket and notices a blonde woman, played by Luisana Lopilato. As he imagines a romantic future, the ordinary store transforms into a lively musical celebration: shoppers, employees, and a youth band join him in dancing through the aisles and into the parking lot. Confetti and a joyful crowd suggest that he has finally found the person he has been waiting for. The fantasy ends at the checkout, however, before a final encounter hints that their story may be beginning.

• The video was filmed over two days at Killarney Market in Vancouver, British Columbia.

• Luisana Lopilato, who plays Buble's imagined love interest, was his real-life girlfriend at the time. They became engaged after filming and married on March 31, 2011.

• The dancing draws on the famous parade sequence from the 1986 film "Ferris Bueller's Day Off." Permission was obtained to use the choreography associated with that scene.

• Buble later described the Offspring's "Why Don't You Get a Job?" video and "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" as important inspirations for the clip.

• The West Vancouver Youth Band appears among the performers and participants in the supermarket celebration.
