Synopsis

The video opens with Die Toten Hosen walking along the coast of Cornwall, but the band soon disappears from view. The rest of the black-and-white film remains fixed almost entirely on Campino's face as he sings directly into the camera. The intimate close-up gives the ballad an intense, almost hypnotic quality. Near the end, his face gradually transforms into that of model Marie-Sophie Wilson, creating a striking visual interpretation of the song's ideas of love, identity, and timelessness.
