Synopsis

• The video was released in March 1998 to promote "Weird," a single from Hanson's debut major-label album, "Middle of Nowhere."

• Many of the subway-car shots were filmed at the New York Transit Museum in Brooklyn, whose collection includes historic subway cars.

• The vintage subway cars were already outdated when the video was made, giving the production an intentionally old-fashioned transit setting.
