Synopsis

Belinda Carlisle performs amid a dreamlike world of romance, nighttime city streets, and carnival-like imagery. She sings directly to the camera while children in black masks and capes carry glowing globes, giving the video an oddly mysterious edge beneath its bright pop surface. Carlisle appears in a strapless dress before changing into a black off-the-shoulder blouse. Her husband, Morgan Mason, appears as her romantic partner, while amusement-park footage adds movement and a sense of youthful fantasy.
