Synopsis

Adina Howard moves through a series of sensual, self-assured vignettes that match the song's frank celebration of sexual independence. She cruises through her neighborhood, lounges and rolls around in bed, performs directly to the camera, and dances at a lively party. The video's shifts between color and black-and-white imagery give the otherwise straightforward performance piece a polished mid-1990s R&B feel, with Howard remaining the clear focus throughout.
