Synopsis

• The video was filmed at The Venue in Oxford, where Radiohead staged a free short concert and played "Creep" several times to obtain usable footage.

• Proceeds from the audience were donated to Curfew, an Oxford music magazine that had supported the band during its early years.

• The audience included Kieran Hebden, later known as the electronic musician Four Tet. He was a teenager at the time and would eventually support Radiohead on tour and collaborate with Thom Yorke.

• The Venue later became known as The Zodiac and is now associated with O2 Academy Oxford, making the video a record of an important Oxford music location.

• "Creep" was initially released in the United Kingdom on September 21, 1992, where it reached only No. 78. After American alternative radio embraced the song, it was reissued in the UK in September 1993 and reached No. 7.
