Synopsis
Set against a barren desert landscape, the video plays like a fragmented, ominous mini-film rather than a conventional performance clip. A masked, hoodie-wearing figure moves through the stark surroundings as disjointed images suggest violence, pursuit, and death. The story is deliberately presented without a clear beginning or conclusion, with its structure encouraging the viewer to piece together what happened. By the end, the narrative folds back toward its opening, creating a bleak, circular portrait of a character who may already be doomed.

- The concept was intentionally more contemplative than action-driven. The Toxic Avenger later explained that the clip was designed to have no real beginning or ending, with the conclusion returning to the starting point.
- The circular structure reflects the title's suggestion that the Toxic Avenger persona has already died. The artist was also moving away from the mask he had worn during his earlier performances.

- The track appeared on the 2009 EP "Toxic Is Dead," which included remixes by Drop the Lime, Franki Chan, Cyberpunkers, and South Central.
- The title references Bauhaus' gothic post-punk classic "Bela Lugosi's Dead," turning the idea of a dead horror icon into a statement about the end of The Toxic Avenger's masked stage character.
