Synopsis
The video opens with Freddy Krueger before moving into a candlelit, decaying interior where Vinnie Vincent Invasion perform "Love Kills." Mark Slaughter sings among columns, hanging lights, wax-covered candelabras, and shadowy horror imagery. Clips from A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master are intercut throughout, showing Freddy stalking and tormenting the film's characters. The result is a performance piece shaped as a glam-metal horror crossover, linking the band's power ballad to the dark dream world of the movie.
