Synopsis

Tina Turner sings from the middle of a fragile love story, surrounded by images of couples caught in moments of attraction, uncertainty, and intimacy. The video places her on a balcony and beside a window, using these settings as intimate spaces from which she observes and expresses the song's plea for emotional commitment. Performance footage and romantic vignettes are intercut in a polished late-1980s pop style, keeping Turner's commanding presence at the center of the visual narrative.
