Synopsis

Cher performs "The Shoop Shoop Song (It's in His Kiss)" in a bright, playful video shaped by the song's 1960s girl-group character. Her performance is presented with colorful sets, energetic movement, and a light romantic tone, while imagery connected to the film Mermaids reinforces the song's role on the movie's soundtrack. The presentation keeps the focus on Cher's charismatic delivery and the song's central idea that a kiss reveals whether someone is truly in love.
