Synopsis

The video reworks the premise of Run-D.M.C. and Aerosmith's "Walk This Way" into a rough-edged Blues Explosion showcase. The band performs in a rehearsal space while Beck occupies the neighboring room, creating a noisy back-and-forth between the musicians. The joke builds around the visual language of the famous rap-rock crossover, with the Blues Explosion dressed in Adidas shell toes, gold chains and black denim. Beck appears in the Aerosmith-style role, while Beastie Boys member Mike D also turns up in the action.
