Synopsis

An astronaut exploring Mars discovers a mysterious stone tablet and reports his find to a control room on Earth. Britney Spears then appears in a futuristic red jumpsuit, performing with dancers across the planet's barren landscape. The astronaut reaches her and presents a blue diamond, identifying it as the Heart of the Ocean from Titanic. Spears accepts the gesture with amused hesitation before returning to the choreography and delivering the song's playful final refrain.

• Spears reportedly had a clear visual idea for the video: she wanted to dance on Mars while wearing a red jumpsuit. The concept became one of the defining images of the Oops!... I Did It Again era.
