Synopsis

A young boy learns from a television report that a meteor is on course to destroy Earth. He builds a homemade spaceship in his bedroom, brings his dog along, and launches into a colorful version of the solar system modeled on a poster above his bed. As the meteor approaches, he fires basketballs at it and saves the planet. Returning home, he is celebrated as a hero, but a kiss from his mother wakes him and reveals that the entire adventure was a dream.

Factoids & Trivia

• The video stars David Beaudoin, who also played the boy in Bob Sinclar's "Love Generation" and "Rock This Party (Everybody Dance Now)" videos.

• The spaceship is assembled from ordinary bedroom materials, reinforcing the idea that the entire cosmic rescue grows out of a child's imagination.

• During the construction sequence, toys emerge from beneath the bed and dance. Bob Sinclar also appears as a tiny figure, using cookies as records while performing the track.

• The planets seen during the space journey mirror the educational solar-system poster in the boy's room. The poster-style labels include details such as planetary diameters.

• The song features vocalist Steve Edwards and was released in 2006 as the second single from Sinclar's album "Western Dream."
