Synopsis

"City Lights" is an abstract animated chapter from Minilogue's *Animals: The Movie*. Instead of following a conventional storyline, the video develops as a slow, atmospheric journey through shifting shapes, textures, and dreamlike visual spaces. The imagery moves in close synchronization with the track's restrained pulse, soft bassline, electronic crackle, and spacious synth tones. Like the other chapters in the project, it favors mood, transformation, and continuous motion over characters, dialogue, or a clearly defined plot.
