Synopsis

"Fade Into You" presents a slow-motion fashion dream in which models and extravagant floral arrangements merge into one surreal composition. Images move between close-ups of faces, bodies, petals and saturated bouquets, with flowers repeatedly appearing to engulf or overlay the figures. The video begins and ends with a large floral display, creating a circular structure. Near the conclusion, one model opens her eyes as the digital flowers recede, briefly revealing her face from beneath the visual excess.

• The film was created for Dazed & Confused and appeared as part of the magazine's fashion-film output in 2012.

• Its visual concept was inspired by a flower installation created for Raf Simons' final Jil Sander show.

• Robbie Spencer handled the styling, while floral designer Mark Colle supplied the flowers and Laurent Wenner worked on the set design.

• Polish model Zuzanna Bijoch appears in the film. Her presence also connected the project to Dazed's wider fashion coverage.
