Synopsis

A man begins an ordinary morning in a remote cabin, struggling to dress, wash, eat toast, and pour himself a drink. Gradually, the familiar routine turns surreal: the liquid becomes a thick, oily substance that spreads across the room, leaks down the walls, and even emerges from the telephone receiver. Strange visions intensify as the character appears increasingly disconnected from reality. After he takes a lithium tablet, the disturbing hallucinations vanish, leaving the episode open to interpretations involving mental illness, medication, and altered perception.
