Synopsis
In a bleak future where genetically engineered plants are processed into euphoria-inducing drugs, a ruthless Plant Hunter steals rare specimens and turns them into a profitable substance. At home, he cares for Tree, his lover, whose body has been altered by the drug and is entering the final stage of a strange, plant-like transformation. Their relationship unfolds amid violence, devotion, and grotesque biological change, as the hunter faces the consequences of the world he helps sustain.

- Michael K. Williams plays the Plant Hunter, while Henry Hopper portrays Tree, the lover undergoing the physical transformation.
- The concept was written during an airport delay in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. The treatment reportedly remained close to the finished video, although casting and location scouting added detail to the characters and scenes.
- The production was originally planned as a more elaborate science-fiction project with constructed sets. Limited funds led the team to search for existing locations instead.
- Much of the video was filmed at an unusual private residence in Joshua Tree created by artist Robert Stone. Stone had reportedly declined previous requests from major artists before agreeing to the production.
