Synopsis

DFRNT's "Everyone Is Moving" turns ordinary surroundings into a shifting visual labyrinth. Steel girders, brick walls, potted plants, and other everyday objects are filmed in close-up, then mirrored and kaleidoscopically repeated until they form abstract geometric patterns. The images seem to rotate, fold, and slide in time with the track's slow, steady electronic pulse. Rather than following a character or narrative, the video focuses on transformation, making familiar urban and domestic details feel mechanical, infinite, and strangely dreamlike.

• The video was released in August 2012, shortly before "Everyone Is Moving" appeared on DFRNT's album *Fading*, released by Echodub on September 3, 2012.

• "Everyone Is Moving" is the third track on *Fading*. The album marked a more pronounced move toward slower, house-oriented rhythms in DFRNT's work.

• Its visual approach is deliberately minimal. Instead of relying on performers, locations, or a conventional storyline, the video builds its imagery from mirrored shots of mundane objects and architectural details.

• The kaleidoscopic effect gives the steel and brick imagery an almost organic quality, while also echoing the track's layered, dub-influenced electronic production.
