Idaira turns "Nada bueno en mi" into a personal account of self-doubt and recovery. The song looks back on a period when criticism and insecurity made her feel diminished, then follows her decision to stop accepting other people's definitions of her. • "Nada bueno en mi" was included on Idaira's 2006 debut album, "Te encontrare," and served as the record's second single.

• Idaira wrote the song herself. Its lyrics draw on her difficult experience as a contestant on the fourth edition of "Operacion Triunfo" in 2005.

• Idaira later explained that the song was aimed at "Operacion Triunfo" and reflected how she felt during the program. She has also said that, after leaving the show, she felt as though she had no worthwhile qualities and believed she was Spain's worst singer.

• The video was filmed in the municipality of Galdar, Gran Canaria, in April 2007. A YouTube upload dated May 17, 2007, preserves the clip.

• The song also appeared as the original soundtrack to the short film "Los suenos de Corchea," which featured fellow Canary Islands "Operacion Triunfo" performers Naim Thomas and Geno Machado.
