Synopsis

Two children and their stuffed companion drift through a strange, dreamlike universe where ordinary forms give way to shifting geometry, glowing colors, and cosmic landscapes. Their journey unfolds like a gentle space-age fairy tale, with live-action figures repeatedly transformed by low-poly 3D imagery, motion graphics, and surreal visual effects. Rather than following a conventional narrative, the video moves through a series of poetic metamorphoses, matching Destronics' electronic sound with a playful, otherworldly sense of discovery.

Factoids & Trivia

• "Look" was released as a single in February 2013 and was associated with Destronics' first EP, "Spiritual Lovers."

• The video was created by motion designers Thomas Blanchard of Capsus and Etienne Perrin of Imetrages. Its production combined extensive editing with 3D animation, motion design, and special effects.

• The visual language mixes cosmic imagery with geometric and low-poly forms, giving the video a retro-futurist, video game-inspired appearance.

• The project used DMesh technology on an unusually large scale for the time. The technique helped create the video's characteristic fragmented and transforming shapes.
