Synopsis
Keith Urban begins in a seemingly ordinary outdoor setting, relaxing in a hammock with his guitar. The illusion soon breaks apart: the sky is revealed as a backdrop, the house sits inside a football stadium, and the singer moves through a series of unexpected spaces by opening one door after another. He cuts the stadium grass, travels down a red-dirt road in a vintage car, and finally reaches another doorstep, turning the song's anything-goes attitude into a playful visual journey.
Factoids & Trivia
- The video premiered on July 25, 2013, alongside the release campaign for Urban's album "Fuse."
- Urban is the only performer featured. The clip is built around his relaxed presence, guitar playing, and reactions to the increasingly surreal surroundings.
- Much of the video's visual humor comes from deliberately exposing its own artificiality. The outdoor scenery is shown to be a series of backdrops rather than a real landscape.
- The house is positioned directly on a football field, making the supposedly private backyard part of a public stadium.
- The video uses doors as a recurring transition device. Each doorway leads to a new environment, reinforcing the song's theme of embracing different experiences.
- Urban rides a lawn mower across the field before leaving the stadium through a tunnel and continuing the journey in a vintage black car.
- The song was written by Brad Warren, Brett Warren, and Kevin Rudolf. Urban co-produced the recording with Nathan Chapman and recorded guitar and ganjo parts for it.
- "Little Bit of Everything" became the lead single from "Fuse" and reached No. 1 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart.
