Synopsis

In a barren, post-apocalyptic landscape, a young voodoo priestess travels toward a remote cemetery. After consulting an oracle, she begins digging at a grave and performs a ritual intended to awaken the dead. Two men interrupt her and drag her away, apparently stopping the ceremony. The attempt proves less easily contained than they expect, as the graveyard becomes the site of a supernatural uprising. The video uses stark locations, ominous imagery, and ritualistic movement to match the song's tense, ceremonial atmosphere.

• "Klapp Klapp" was released on February 14, 2014, as the lead single from Little Dragon's fourth album, "Nabuma Rubberband."

• The video was filmed in the Dominican Republic. An earlier treatment had placed the story in Mexico, but the voodoo element led the production toward the Dominican setting.
