Synopsis

Kate Nash spends a restless night reliving the collapse of a romance. Alone at home, she turns to ice cream and memories of happier times at a roller disco, where she and her former partner once appeared carefree. As the recollection develops, his laziness and selfish habits become increasingly obvious. Nash's frustration erupts in surreal, comic acts of revenge involving a teddy bear and a tub of ice cream, turning the breakup into a colorful piece of late-night catharsis.

• "3AM" was released in February 2013 as the first single from Nash's third studio album, "Girl Talk."

• The video deliberately adopts a 1970s roller-disco look, with period-style decor, saturated colors and lighting effects compared to an ABBA-inspired aesthetic.

• Nash described "3AM" as the best video she had made up to that point, praising her creative connection with the filmmaking team.
