Synopsis

A young man and an accomplice rob a store, but the crime ends in arrest and a prison sentence. Behind bars, he faces isolation, violence, and a vicious confrontation with another inmate before receiving unexpected comfort from a visitor. The grim storyline is intercut with Van Halen performing in front of projected images, neon messages, and portraits of people marked by different forms of violence.
