Synopsis

Rocket from the Crypt perform in a brightly colored fantasy backyard where candy seems to grow on trees and a parade of puppies, kittens, chickens, and other animals share the frame. The band's energetic performance is intercut with playful close-ups of the animals, creating a deliberately sugary visual world that clashes amusingly with the song's frantic punk-rock attack. Rather than following a conventional narrative, the video builds its charm through the contrast between hard-edged music and an absurdly wholesome setting.

• The clip's animal cast included cats, dogs, and chickens, with the puppies and kittens receiving especially prominent screen time.

• Instead of hiring a Hollywood animal-fulfillment agency, the production obtained the animals through Animal Rescue Volunteers, a Los Angeles shelter organization.

• Money that would have gone toward professional animal actors was donated to the nonprofit shelter. Several of the animals used in the shoot were later adopted by band members and production staff.

• The candy-colored backyard setting gives the video a deliberately artificial, almost children's-show quality. That visual sweetness makes the band's aggressive horns, guitars, and shouted vocals feel even more gloriously out of place.
