Synopsis

Shot in stark black and white, the video follows Eagle-Eye Cherry as he moves through Stockholm on his way to a romantic meeting. Along the route, he buys flowers and wine, passes a deli, and encounters a robbery that ends in a traffic accident. The visual twist is that Cherry plays nearly everyone: the hopeful lover, the shopkeeper, the robber, the driver, a street guitarist, and a sleeping man. The action is edited to resemble one uninterrupted walk through the city.
