Synopsis

The video turns "He's A Liar" into a compact crime drama. Robin Gibb is shown with Haviland Morris, whose character is caught kissing him by Maurice Gibb. Maurice's character responds by shooting the pair, then runs through the streets while police pursue him. He is eventually captured, escapes from a police car, and continues fleeing on foot. The Bee Gees also appear in performance shots, while the closing sequence follows the aftermath through a dark street and an ambulance.
