• "So Much in Love" was released as All-4-One's debut single in late 1993 and later appeared on the group's 1994 self-titled debut album.

• The song is a cover of the Tymes' 1963 hit, which topped the Billboard Hot 100. All-4-One's version reached No. 5 on the same chart and was certified gold in the United States.

• The quartet was assembled specifically to record "So Much in Love." Jamie Jones, Tony Borowiak, and Alfred Nevarez had been singing radio jingles before Gary St. Clair recruited them for the project; Delious Kennedy then completed the group.
