Synopsis

Jay Kay enters an imposing country mansion dressed as an aristocratic ruler and moves through its ornate rooms as though presiding over a strange private court. The band members appear separately throughout the house, performing amid lavish interiors and a decadent costumed gathering. As the song's accusations of betrayal and false glory unfold, the regal imagery becomes deliberately ironic: the apparent king has authority only for a moment, while the party around him grows increasingly unruly and surreal.
