• Pitbull reportedly gave the production a simple creative starting point: "Miami Vice." The finished video reflects the 1980s series through pastel suits, neon lighting, Art Deco architecture, crime-drama imagery, and speedboats.

• The production was completed during a one-day shoot in Miami. The tight schedule influenced the choice of locations, with a mansion providing several settings, including its pool, interiors, and dock.

• Because the production could not secure a permit for Ocean Drive, the crew used a nearby area known as Little Ocean Drive and transformed another Deco-style property with colorful lighting.

• The speedboat footage was captured partly with a drone using a DJI Inspire 4K camera. The boat sequence itself had to be filmed in approximately one hour.
