Factoids & Trivia

• The song appeared on Zaho's debut album, "Dima," which was released in 2008. "Je te promets" was issued as the album's fourth and final single in 2009.

• Zaho co-wrote the song with Phil Greiss, who also produced it. The original recording is an acoustic-leaning ballad, a softer contrast to some of the more urban tracks associated with "Dima."

• The video was produced for EMI by Down Lo and One Island Films. An official version was circulating online by May 2009.

• Canadian dancer and performer Nico Archambault appears in the video. He had already featured in Zaho's earlier clips for "C'est chelou" and "La roue tourne."
