Synopsis
Nine Black Alps perform "Bitter End" in a woodland setting near Wimbledon, with the band footage intercut with glimpses of teenagers spending time in the woods. Their improvised-looking activities give the video a youthful, slightly feral atmosphere, while the performance scenes keep the focus on the song. The contrast between the band's direct presentation and the loose, observational images of the teenagers creates a low-key portrait of escape, friendship and everyday life away from the city.
