Synopsis
Angela Via's "Picture Perfect" follows a young woman who begins to see a longtime friendship in a new light. As she looks back at photographs and shared memories with the boy she has known for years, affection gradually turns into romantic realization. The video pairs this gentle coming-of-age storyline with performance footage of Via, presenting the relationship as something that has been obvious to everyone except the two people involved. Tom Welling appears as Via's love interest, adding a recognizable face to the simple teen-pop romance.
