Synopsis
Kylie Minogue plays a glamorous but restless woman caught in a world of crime, wealth and emotional neglect. After appearing to plunge to her death in a swimming pool, she emerges untouched and disrupts a tense meeting of mob associates. She then travels by limousine to the Casino de Monte-Carlo, where she wins at poker before returning home to her detached partner. The video closes with Kylie leaving him behind, maintaining its dreamlike, deliberately ambiguous tone.

- Minogue wore three principal looks: a multicolored Versace dress, a black casino outfit and a blue cocktail dress by Roland Mouret.
- The jewelry used during filming was reportedly valued at around $2 million. Security guards were present while Minogue wore the borrowed diamonds.
- Reports circulated that an especially revealing version of the video had been planned or filmed. Director Douglas Avery later said that no full-nude footage had actually been shot.
