• "Cat & Mouse" began as an Owensie song and was reworked by Darragh Nolan, the musician behind Sacred Animals. The remix shifts the original track toward darker, more spacious electronic textures.

• Owensie wrote the song in response to the 2010 death of a Russian family who fell from a Glasgow housing block after reportedly fearing deportation. The subject gives the video its underlying sense of pursuit and dread.
