Synopsis

A surreal animated breakup unfolds as a woman struggles to escape a destructive relationship. Feelings become physical chains, while love shifts toward obsession, jealousy and murderous desire. Images of bondage, separation, cheetahs and speeding cars turn the song's emotional conflict into a fast-moving visual collage. The protagonist appears caught between dependence and liberation, with the clip's hand-drawn figures and abrupt transformations reflecting the instability of a romance that has become impossible to sustain.

• The animated clip was made in Germany in 2012 and runs approximately three minutes.

• Its imagery was drawn on paper, then digitally colored and composited, giving the video a deliberately rough, graphic appearance rather than a polished computer-generated look.

• The film was created by the Berlin animation team Drushba Pankow, with additional animation by Maxim Vassiliev.

• The video's festival presentation included DOK Leipzig, where it screened on October 30, 2012. It was also selected for animation and short-film festivals in Lille, Wiesbaden, Barcelona, Vilnius and Bucharest.

• The clip is sometimes listed as "Nobody's Fool/Over You." It was originally made for Parov Stelar's track, while a separate version of the animation was later associated with the song "Over You."
