Synopsis

Set in the world of underground women's wrestling, "Owata" follows Shelly Martinez and Alissa Flash as rivals preparing for a championship match. Their professional tension is complicated by Raven, who manages Shelly while carrying on a relationship with Alissa. Training sessions, locker-room confrontations, backstage encounters and scenes from the bout build toward an emotionally charged showdown. Rather than presenting the Smashing Pumpkins performing, the video plays as a compact wrestling drama, with the song woven through the action in fragmented sections.

• "Owata" was released in two forms: a roughly 12-minute short film and a shorter, approximately four-minute music video edit.

• The film stars professional wrestlers Shelly Martinez, Alissa Flash and Raven, the ring name of Scott Levy.

• The story was built around actual wrestling personalities and settings, giving the video a hybrid identity as both a music promo and a wrestling short.
