Synopsis

A lone man enters a grim, industrial world in pursuit of sweetbread, the culinary term for organ meat. His quest becomes an increasingly grotesque struggle involving a butcher, a pig, and the processing of flesh. After an initial failure, he returns with greater determination and finally obtains what he wants. The stark imagery, graphic meat handling, and deadpan presentation turn the track's food-inspired title into a disturbing visual story about obsession, appetite, and the lengths one person will go to satisfy it.
