Synopsis

"Reunion" continues the story begun in M83's "Midnight City." A group of children with psychic abilities hides from the organization that once held them captive, while another gifted child remains connected to a machine inside the facility. Her attempt to reach the escapees reveals their location and leaves the youngest member incapacitated. As pursuers close in, the children's powers collide in a spectacular confrontation involving a thrown SUV. The escapees are eventually joined by other gifted children, whose collective energy creates a radiant signal that rises beyond Earth.
