Synopsis

The Stud's "Turn Around" transforms a simple song into a constantly shifting paper universe. Cutout figures, photocopied textures, lettering and graphic fragments move through a handmade stop-motion collage, repeatedly rearranging themselves in time with the music. Rather than following a conventional narrative, the video builds its momentum through visual metamorphosis: images appear, overlap, disappear and return in altered forms. The result is a playful, tactile piece that emphasizes the experimental, hybrid nature of music-video language.
