PINS spend the video for "Get With Me" in a sun-drenched seaside setting, where the four members wander, pose, and dance with relaxed, defiant poise. Factoids & Trivia

• The video was released on July 24, 2013, ahead of PINS' debut album, "Girls Like Us," which Bella Union issued on September 30 of the same year.

• Much of the clip was shot on Super 8 during the band's touring earlier in 2013. The format's grain, unstable movement, and washed-out color are central to the video's homemade character.

• PINS had previously worked with outside video makers, but chose to maintain a more self-produced approach here. The band described the result as genuine and real, in keeping with their interest in analog recording and equipment.

• The beach setting gives the song a bright visual counterpoint to its metallic guitars, fuzz, and darker post-punk tone.

• "Get With Me" was initially not expected to become a single. During the recording of "Girls Like Us," the band added group backing vocals in a studio stone room, and the track's character changed enough for them to select it as the surprise single.
