Minilogue's "Animals" turns ordinary urban locations into a playground for brightly colored animated creatures. Small, blobby characters appear in streets, parks, and other live-action settings, where they dance, wander, collide, and create bursts of surreal activity. Their simple looped movements contrast with the natural motion and textures of the filmed world, making the creatures seem to inhabit a parallel reality layered over everyday life. The video develops as a playful procession of visual encounters rather than a conventional narrative, matching the track's hypnotic electronic pulse with whimsical, unpredictable motion.

• "Animals" was conceived as a follow-up to Minilogue's earlier video "Hitchhiker's Choice." Discussions about the project began in late 2007.
