Synopsis

A young woman moves through a shadowy urban world where glamour, desire, and money blur together. Her encounters with powerful men gradually pull her into a cycle of seduction and exploitation. What begins as an attempt to improve her circumstances becomes an increasingly disturbing loss of control, as she trades away intimacy, freedom, and ultimately her sense of self. The dark imagery and Lilja Bloom's haunted vocal turn the story into a stylized portrait of emotional disorientation, temptation, and spiritual collapse.

• "Coco" was released in 2009 as the title track of Parov Stelar's double album, which combined more downtempo material with the project's increasingly dance-focused electro-swing sound.
