Synopsis

In a misty woodland lit by deep magenta and violet hues, Paul Hammer wanders through a strange nighttime landscape wearing a feathered mask. He eventually encounters Deidre Muro, presented as an otherworldly figure in a white cloak with jeweled eyes. Surrounded by fog, glowing colors, and theatrical movement, the pair move through the forest in a dreamlike sequence that feels closer to a surreal fairy tale than a conventional narrative. The video's hypnotic imagery mirrors the song's themes of sleep, fantasy, instinct, and surrendering to imagination.

Factoids & Trivia

  • The video premiered in June 2012 ahead of the release of Savoir Adore's album "Our Nature."
  • The visual concept was designed to match the band's fantasy-pop identity, using glowing colors, haze, masks, costumes, and an enchanted-forest setting rather than a literal storyline.
  • Production credits include Cory Allen as producer, Kristen Winter as director of photography, Deidre Muro as production designer, and Paul Hammer as editor.
  • Four dancers appear as the video's "magical dancers": Grayson Brannen, Chloe Kernaghan, Ashley Matthews, and Katherine Emily Mills.
  • Lighting designer David Perlick-Molinari contributed to the video's saturated nocturnal atmosphere.
  • Savoir Adore described "Dreamers" as an invitation to enter the imaginative world of "Our Nature," making the video function as a visual introduction to the album's dreamlike mood.
  • The song later gained additional exposure through its inclusion in Konami's soccer video game "Pro Evolution Soccer 2013."
