Synopsis

• The film was originally created for the 1996 project *Made in Heaven: The Films*, rather than being produced solely as a conventional single promotion.

• Several versions circulated. A television edit was prepared for broadcast, while a longer edit was assembled to accompany the Dancing Divaz Club Mix.

• The television edit later appeared on the *Greatest Flix III* home-video release in 1999.

• "You Don't Fool Me" was the final European single released from *Made in Heaven*, and its dance-oriented sound helped it find an audience in club culture.

• The song itself was assembled from unfinished musical ideas recorded with Freddie Mercury during his final recording period. The remaining members developed the track with producer David Richards after Mercury's death.
