Synopsis

Speech spends a relaxed day in the park, listening to music and enjoying time with the woman he is dating. Their peace is interrupted when a group of aggressive men begin insulting the couple and mocking Speech's colorful appearance. He tries to avoid a confrontation, but the harassment escalates when the men mistreat his companion. The video combines this street-level story with energetic performance scenes featuring the full Arrested Development collective and their communal, Afrocentric visual style.

• "People Everyday" was released in July 1992 as the second single from Arrested Development's debut album, "3 Years, 5 Months & 2 Days in the Life Of...".
