Synopsis

Ben and Gim perform "Engel" in a simple, mobile-camera video built around their duet rather than a conventional storyline. The moving camera follows Ben through changing surroundings and captures the two singers in close-up as they deliver the song's message about loneliness, pain, faith, and the need for support. The visual approach keeps the focus on their expressions and vocal exchange, matching the emotional directness of the 2002 pop ballad.
