"Transmission 333" is a compact, hallucinatory tribute to David Cronenberg's 1983 body-horror classic "Videodrome." Silver Strain builds the video from imagery associated with the film's pirate broadcast, media conspiracies, and grotesque transformations, reshaping the source material through aggressive editing, animation, and digital manipulation. The result feels less like a conventional narrative music video than an infected television signal: fractured images, ominous transmissions, and flesh-meets-technology imagery pulse in time with the dark electronic track.
